Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied.  If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will return or exchange your item(s).  If you have any questions about a return or exchange feel free to contact us.
    •    All returns packages must be received within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.  Returns after 30 days from the ship date will not be accepted.
    •    Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of package receipt.
    •    Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit.
    •    Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags
    •    Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox - please place the shoebox inside a larger packing box

How to Make a Return or Exchange

As long as your items are eligible for return or exchange, follow these simple steps:
    •    1. Include your original packing slip in your package. If you misplaced it, simply go to "My Account," click on "Order History," select the correct order number, and print.
    •    2. Circle the items you are returning or exchanging on the packing slip.
    •    Write a brief note at the bottom of the packing slip explaining the reason for return (example: "Didn't fit").
    •    If you are exchanging, indicate the new size.
    •    3. Place your packing slip, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container.
